Meet Katie
Katie Brzezinski has 20 years of experience in strategic Human Resources and executive coaching with a global Fortune 50 company, and as an independent consultant and coach. As a former member of a world-renowned HR Organization, her expertise lies in strategic Human Resources, compensation, organizational development, and leadership development.
Katie has held roles as a generalist (Strategic and Client HR Partner) and in functional HR areas including compensation, recruitment, executive succession & leadership development, and business development.
She holds a Masters Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH.
In addition to her professional experience and formal education, Katie holds a certificate from Cornell University as an Employment Mediator from the Institute of Conflict Resolution. She is professionally certified in coaching and process facilitation.
